Chicago Field Trip

What a beautiful day for our field trip! Here are some photographs highlighting some of the sights from our boat ride Thursday.

Welcoming 2nd Grade Friends and Visiting 4th Grade

On Wednesday our class did a grade level activity with 2-1 and 4-1. We welcomed a second grade class into our room and had the opportunity to visit a fourth grade class. Students prepared for this fun experience by creating brochures for the future third graders, which contained tips and helpful information about what to expect in third grade. They also prepared a list of questions to ask a fourth grade buddy. My students sure seem ready for fourth grade, but I am not ready to see them leave!!
