What's Happening This Week
We will be taking a break this week from spelling and from Everyday Math. Therefore, the homework will be limited to reading 100 minutes and the Character Counts folder that will need to be signed this evening.
We will continue to study all subjects throughout the day, but want students to make sure they have plenty of time to rest after school. This will help make sure that they are well-rested and ready for our exams.
ISAT Testing Schedule
Tuesday 3/4: Reading #1 (read passages and answer multiple choice questions)
Wednesday 3/5: Math #1 (multiple choice problems)
Friday 3/7: Reading #2 (read passages, answer multiple choice questions, extended response question)
Monday 3/10: Math #2 (multiple choice and short response problems)
Tuesday 3/4: Reading #3 (read passages and answer multiple choice questions)
Wednesday 3/5: Math #3 (extended response problems)
**Before spring break the students will have a test on all of the Writing Words (Oct.-Mar.) and the Western states and capitals. Exact dates for these tests will be announced next week.
